No, all of our work is external rather than internal unless we’re required to fit a new roof window or another requirement. Any work that we do that requires us to have access to your property would be discussed with you as part of the quote. If we do require access, we would require a person over the age of 18 to be present whilst the work takes place.
No, a deposit is not required but if the job is of substantial size we would normally ask for small stage payments.
Not usually as we have enough skilled tradesmen within our team to cope with the demand. However, we do have a couple of experienced and fully qualified tradesmen who we can call upon if we take on larger projects. All our Jobs go through a final inspection before being signed off as customer satisfaction is always a top priority.
Yes, we guarantee our work for up to 12 months on labour. And the products used will have their guarantee also but these vary depending on the products used & services we provide on each contract.
We take photos of all of our roofs so that we can come down the ladder and show you how everything has been finished. Of course, you may look at it from the ground, however, the photos taken will show you all the different sections across the roof in much better detail. And if it’s ok with you we’d also like to add the photos to our website so that others can see our latest work. We wouldn’t be doing this if our work was shabby.
